This thread is to discuss The Last Precinct, the eleventh book in the Kay Scarpetta series by Patricia Cornwell.

For as good as the last 2 book were, this one fell flat for me. (view spoiler)[Kay seemed like a whiny bitch through the whole thing, I didn't like that she and Marino were at each others' throats for most of the book, and geeze, do something about Lucy, will you? It feels like in this book Cornwell didn't know quite what to do with her. (hide spoiler)]

I have faith that the next book will be better.
