Val Chromos | 4 comments Hi everyone, I’m Val Chromos. I write introspective, character-driven fiction, often blending psychological depth with a touch of the metaphysical. My latest work explores themes of identity and parallel lives. I’m excited to join this group and happy to chat about influences, favorite reads, and the writing process!

KL Wilks (klwilks) | 2 comments Hi Val, welcome and congrats on The Time In Between! Your exploration of dual realities and identity already has me intrigued enough that I just purchased the ebook.

I’m also just joining the group and launching my own speculative project, The Ouroboros Cycle. It’s more metaphysical in flavor — threads, patterns, memory fractures — but I think we’re both circling similar questions about perception and self.

The Foreword to Loom just went live as a sort of prepublication echo — if you’re curious, I’d be honored to share it.

Looking forward to hearing more about your book and your process.

— KL Wilks

Val Chromos | 4 comments Hi KL Wilks, thank you so much — that really means a lot, and I hope The Time In Between resonates with you. The Ouroboros Cycle sounds really intriguing; I love when fiction dives into memory fractures and hidden patterns. Please do share the Foreword, I’d be curious to take a look. It’s always inspiring to connect with writers exploring similar questions about identity and perception.
