Early in my life, I was a delinquent and a high school dropout. I dealt with generational trauma, alcohol and drug issues, and family suicides. Despite the challenges, I turned my life around, married my sweetheart, attended college, received my medical degree and became a successful dentist and entrepreneur.

I recently documented my journey in my book, “Bull Shark: The Story of a Dropout Turned Doctor.” Its message: no matter where you were born, who your parents are, or what trauma you experienced, you can succeed in life.
