The Housmaid! It is so good and a pretty quick read with its short chapters. I just finished the Housemaid is Watching and just couldn’t put it down. You will never see what is coming next with those books

Loved the Housemaid by Frieda McFadden. If you like that one I suggest you read the next book too. Unfortunately the third one wasn't as good as the first too
