Ugh. I forgot how much I didn't really like this. It's really a teaser for book 2.

Anyway I've started it.

Uh oh. Starting later today. Starts with a K, though!

I should finish today. it's a quick read so I'll work through. the writing is good (I think), but the topic isn't my favorite.

So, I'm about half through... there's a lot of sex. And not much else. But the last book I read (inside the darkness) had no sex or romance, so this kind of balances it out.

I would like a bit more character work overall. I'm not sure who to root for.

And I'm not sure I remember either. I haven't finished yet.

This definitely feels like a setup for more books. With sex. So.much.sex.

I just finished. Great world building. I need a SF break!

This one was a bit overloaded. OMG I forgot how much.

As I was finishing it I remembered why they did the "One Year Earlier" and Gesh throwing the fit over Noah.

Zercy is way longer, but I think the writing is just as good.
