* Description: From the author of the hellishly good 'The Witch and Her Coven of Mince Pies' comes a tale baptised in blood and shadow. A love letter to all things dark and gloomy, 'Scarlet Ends' is a dark fantasy romance about the tragedies that transform its victims into monsters, the hatred that consumes their every thought, and the unexpected pockets of love that may yet pull them out of the abyss-- or deeper into it.

Death is power...
The kingdom burns, the Northmen march, blood soddens their path.
Dægen was going to be a Lord. Now he’s bleeding out on a beach, betrayed by his own men. He must choose —die a pitiful death, or forsake the light and embrace the darkness.
Sòlrún is a Crimson Lady. She’s wanted dead by death itself. Solitude kept her alive, but she cannot run forever, and she cannot stand alone.
In the land of an absent god, heroes buried in shallow graves, and cowering kings, two monsters are the kingdom’s only hope...
Yet everything has a price.

Emmy de Reus (nyneve) | 19276 comments The Kindle edition was already auto-imported by the amazon_catalog bot on Sep 02, 2025
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
but was attributed to another author profile, i.e. Theo R. C. Silver with an unwanted space between your second and third initial, because that's what your Amazon account seems to be.

I now moved it to your own Goodreads profile ( https://www.goodreads.com/author/show... ) - without the extra space -, but I noticed this has not yet been claimed.

Please claim your author profile by clicking Is this you? Let us know at the bottom of the page, in order to join the Goodreads Author Program; see also How do I join the Goodreads Author Program. This will allow you to add and edit information about you and your own books; see Find out how in this guide.

Once you've been admitted to the Program you will be able to add other editions yourself.

Attention:
Because of the discrepancy between your Amazon account and your Goodreads author profile please contact Support and ask how to solve this. Otherwise your releases via KDP will continue to be auto-imported to the wrong author profile by the amazon_bots .

Theo R.C. Silfer | 3 comments Hi Emmy, thanks for the heads up. That's strange about the inconsistency; I'll see to rectifying it.

In the meantime, I've tried to join the Author Programme at least five or six times, but it always came back with the same rejection template... So I gave up once I ran out of ideas of what was going wrong.

Now that you've noted the inconsistency, I do wonder if that's what caused it, so I'll contact support and hope it gets sorted!

Emmy de Reus (nyneve) | 19276 comments Maybe it's possible to have your Amazon's account name changed, eliminating the extra space?
