I’m excited to share that my memoir Not the Perfect Victim officially launches on 9th September. It’s a story of surviving sexual violence, receiving a late autism diagnosis, and navigating the justice system in Northern Ireland.
Although grounded in my own experience, the themes—trauma, justice, resilience, and the search for truth—speak to realities people face all over the world. The book doesn’t just tell my story; it also confronts the systems that too often fail survivors, and asks difficult questions about what justice really means.
My hope is that it resonates with anyone who has ever felt silenced, and that it sparks conversation about how things could change.
