Penryn and the End of Days Re-Read discussion

So, you did an awesome (and hilarious!) job of summarising Angelfall in 60 words – but can you do the same for World After?

The epic story of our heroine with some badass moves up her sleeve. She has to spend time away from her angel because she's just too busy kicking ass and travelling. PS Also covers the part where they reunite and fly away into the horizon with a flock of harmless bird-like things and their leader who is incidentally the heroine's sister. Gah!

Picking up right after Angelfall, Penryn is in the cautious safety of the resistance camp, until she has to travel to rescue her sister again. Along the way, we see terrifying truths and heartrending reunions. In the end, she flies away with her angel, sister, and a weakened enemy, not knowing what is going to happen next.

Walking sex sarcasm is get lost somewhere but pace is pacing, unclear things are getting clearer. Already strange Young family assembled again and version 2.0 is even stranger than before: mini-Frankenstein, paraschiz and devil’s bride. Also we have zodiac pretties with tails, electioneering of Uriel and the problem with wings-split-up between Raffe and Beliel. Wanna Raffryn kiss? Alas, NO kiss.

I would pay serious money to have this as the actual blurb on the book! :D Just imagine someone picking it up and reading the blurb being all like "WTF?"

Penryn escaped from a prison, only to land in a bigger hell. She left her bear on pier 39 and though she didn't mind, her archangel did. Her battles are all personal, she fights evil angels, takes a dip in the ocean, but in the end she ends up in her archangels arms, the only place she feels at home.

Yaa!! 60 words!!
