This was a book recommended as a fun light read by one of my best friends.
While it wasn't mind-blowing, it was a lot of fun, and the art world felt honestly rendered (in its good and bad point). Shapiro weaved together a contemporary and historical plot and the book seemed to be well researched, although this is not my area of expertise, so I'm not sure I'd know if it wasn't;)

Three stars.
