When we go to our "My Books" section, and click on "settings" at the top, we see at the right a list with a heading that says "Column Sets". Under that heading it looks as follows:

COLUMN SETS
main
reading
list
review
owned

What does that mean?

Column sets are just some standard settings you might want. They change which columns are visible. If you click 'Main', you'll get one set. Click on 'Currently Reading' & you'll see they change slightly with 'Date Read' no longer selected & so on.

I see. Thanks, Jim. I prefer to customize my settings. They should indicate that those are the "default" settings.

Nina, I put a check in the box marked "position". That way you can list your "to read" books in the order that you want to read them (with the books you want to read next at the top with numbers 1, 2, 3 etc.).
