Franz Kafka discussion

I am a new Member to this group and I hope that we can start reading something together. I am certainly open to any and all suggestions and am asking the group: What shall we read?

Incidentally, I've already read pretty much everything by Kafka - both in German and English, and have translated quite a few of his shorter stories.

For some reason I'm unable to post my message directly to you so I'm placing this comment here... I will keep trying to do so but 2 things. 1) Kafka.org has all of Kafka for free.
2) My website has 4 things on the Download page.
