In a few of my other groups we have challenges and whatnot. But we also have personal goals to work towards. Also inspired by my resolutions post. I wanted to know if yall were interested in starting your own Reading Lists/Goals here? Simply start a topic with your name in it. If enough people want it I'll start a folder =D.

Great idea :D I love the idea of a folder dedicated to lists like these. Either a reading list for the year or personal reading goals for the year.. sort of the same thing :)

I will see how Anansi Boys starts out. I have already read one YA fiction novel [that I really liked:] and heard this is really good.

I enjoyed Anansi Boys - you are talking about the Neil Gaiman book right? Have you read American Gods because it is a lot like that (some of the same characters even). I wouldn't consider it a YA though, more of a fantasy adventure.

Hi Debbie: I haven't read Neil Gaiman, but yes, this is his book. I liked the movie Coraline and hear he's the author. So I wanted to get into his books. I like fantasy but sci-fi fantasy or other themes I am finding it harder to enjoy [if its too tech.:] So I think if I like him I'll read more of his novels.

I don't know why I said YA, lol. It wasn't even in the YA section of the LIB. But thank you for the clarification.

NP lol I found both of my reviews and posted them here at GR if you are interested. They are not tech, but they can get confusing with all the legends and myths, that if you don't know to begin with can get you lost (at least it did me).
