Can someone spell this out to me (a non-math person)?
To read 100 by the end of 2010, about how many books need to be read in a week? In a month?

As there are 52 weeks in a year, it would be about 2 books a week, but that can vary. You don't have to keep a schedule here.

It would be 8.33 books per month. So every three months you have to read 9 books, and the rest you'd read 8.

There isn't any reason re-reading wouldn't count. Some books I read almost every year, still requires reading each time.
