Where do I go to change how often I receive posts?

like wen u comment on here elizabeth?
on the group front page where you see the list of all the topics-- go to the right of the page.you will see edit membership. i believe its in there.
you can choose daily digest or other options.
i tried that but im not getting any updates
i'm getting an email like everytime someone posts a comment on anything , but it doesn't really bother me .
