hey! i didn't know they were producing a movie!!! i love those books!!!

Is anyone else pretty much dissapointed in the casting crew? Kristen Stewart for Bella is awesome and Ashley Green for Alice pretty good, but everyone els pretty much sucks! Billy Black is good though that's kind of what I was imagining.

Kristen Stewart is awesome for Bella. But I don't believe Robert Pattinson is the best for Edward. I do know Justin Chon and I never really pictured him as Eric. I can see Christian Serratos as Angela. Rachelle Lefevre I have seen in one episode of Charmed, but still I can see her as Victoria. As for the rest, I haven't actually heard of any of them. (I'm not a huge movie/TV person, I guess.)

I don't like Kristen Stewart for Bella. I always pictured Alexis Bledel from "Gilmore Girls" as Bella. I think she would've been a better choice. She has this volunerablity that Kristen lacks. It's easier to see why Edward would fall so instantly in love with Alexis's big blue eyes. Kristen is kinda plain looking as a brunette.

I didn't think Robert Pattinson would work as Edward but, after seeing the trailer, I have to admit he's the perfect Edward Cullen :-) It's still so odd seeing him as Edward AND Cedric. He's a versatile actor :-)

Really? I personally can't see Alexis Bledel as Bella. And I think Kristen has the beauty that doesn't pop out at you right away, but you can't help but look at her and realize that she is pretty.

Isn't Edward supposed to be the sexiest creature to ever walk the planet? So why did they cast Robert Pattinson and his caterpillar eyebrows? I mean, I guess he was good as Cedric, but Cedric wasn't a freakin vampire or Edward. He was just Cedric. I didn't really see him as Edward until the trailer came out, but even now, I can't help but question it. I am absolutely in love with James now. It's funny, I always fall for the villain, even in my own novel where the villain is someone I should hate. I just can't help it, I fall for the bad boys! But he is damn sexy shirtless! And my boyfriend will commence being ashamed of me after school. He hates that I'm in love with fictional characters. I slipped up once when we were hanging out and called him by the name of the villain in my book, the one the character based off of me is in love with. Big oops...

I really didn't think Robert Pattinson was going to work either untill I saw some of the pictures of him as Edward. I'm still going to have a hard time getting him and Cedric straight though. I hope I don't start watching the movie and get confused because he isn't at Hogwarts or in robes:)

Looks like the cast is good. Hopefully the director is good and it doesn't stink like the Eragon movie. That was awful. The script and direction was bad!

I STILL think William Beckett should do Edward.Now I also think Ben Barnes(Prince C from Narnia) should do it.

I don't think that Robert Pattison is good for Edward. And Alice...I don't like who plays her either. I don't like most of the cullen family actors...not Jasper or Carlisle or Esme. I guess Rosalie and Emmett are okay. The only person I think was cast right was Bella.

once again I am in nearly perfect agreemant w/ Sella. Edward is all wrong. Bella is OK, I don't like her voice...I personally think Carlisle & Esme are casted really well though. It's not how I pictured them, but they fit the descriptions. I always pictures Jasper as a burnet, but w/e...

Kristen is a good Bella but Alexis has blue eyes and Bella is suppose to have brownish like Kristen's. at first i was repulsed by rob playing edward but now he has grown on me and i can see him as edward... i thought jasper should b burnette to!

No, it says that Jasper was the other "blond male" of the Cullen coven besides Carlisle- that's what Jacob said. But anyway, you know who would have been a really good Bella? Ellen Page! Does anyone agree with me?

I can kind of see if but she looks like too pudgey. I still think that for the movie he would look better as a brunette and that the girl playing Rosalie would look better brunette 2.

I think Rosalie is a blond, and therefore the actress chosen to play her has a very bad dye job. :) I feel the same way about Peter Facinelli as Carlisle, his dye job is also not stellar.

I'm hoping the acting will make up for bad dye jobs and mis-casting. =)

I do too, but I also think that when they are done with all the editing and what with us watching the movie in the dark, that the dye jobs won't look too bad. At least that's what I'm hoping happens...By the way, I'm pretty sure Kristen has green eyes but is wearing contacts for the movie.
