Oh be still my heart. I esp luv heroes who are sweet w/ heroine's offspring. Zach is a great father figure. I luv that scene where li'l Rose plays the piano, he still claps his hand even tho' he's not paying attention LOL... gotta luv heroes who luv kids. Zach epitomizes a "Rags-to-riches" hero ;o)~

Also luv Holly's deathbed scene ! My heart went out to him when he agonized over her.

HE IS MY FAVORITE HERO....(blushing just thinking about him). I hubby accused me of drooling while readingt his book..now to the best fo my knowledge I ahve never drooled while reading!

Now that I'm finished with this one, I can definitely say that Zachary ranks up there with the best LK heroes. I loved those scenes too, Verity, and the one between him and Rose after Holly decided to leave just melted my heart.

How about the 'button'?

I loved the buttons, Auntee! All the ones Zach gave Rose were so special, but the reverse was the best.:-)

I have SUCH a weakness for this character. Everything about him...the fact he's a self made man, how he strives to give his sister and mother a better life, the way he longs to be good enough for Lady Holly...GUH.

I loved those things about Zach, too.

I like these comments, sums up why Zach is so lovable quite nicely. :)
