I only started reading romance in earnest since the fall of 2008 after getting addicted to the Twilight Saga, but now I'm completely "in love" with romance of various genres. I've become a voracious romance reader and feel like I've got a lot of catching up to do!

And of course, one of the things I love most about romance books is the HEA! :)

Hi to all the familiar faces. I'm Julie. I'm 40 and live in supposedly sunny and warm (lately it's been cloudy and cool) Phoenix, AZ. I have two kids, 11 and 14, and I'm working on my own HEA with my hubby of 15 (going on 16) years. I love reading books, writing reviews, and posting them here at GR and on my website. I absolutely love reading romance novels. I even started writing my own recently, because I just couldn't get enough of them.;-)

I am a "new" fan of romance I feel. Even after 3 years. I was such a die-hard, only read, horror/suspense/thrillers, that switching gears to romance was a big change. I love a HEA ending and even when re-reading a favorite, love getting emotional all over again =D.

I am 29 and love being at home with my cats.

I come off as jaded sometimes but if something isn't a HEA I can't stand it!

I write paranormal erotica. Romantic, of course! *lol* I am totally addicted to a HEA, although in my genre that is not always the cool thing. But I'm just NOT into angst and a noir ending. Gotta have happy!

I've been away from GR for a few months because of all kinds of agent and publisher changes in my career. But when I came back last week I found most of the groups I used to belong to didn't interest me anymore. So I have been looking for some new romance/erotic romance groups and was thrilled to find this one! I look forward to chatting with everyone. And I see some of my friends/fans are already members. Cool! ;)

I'm the same way about being a hopeless romantic. I just got several books from Barnes and Noble. I got the Prince trilogy by Elizabeth Hoyt, and today I'm getting Lion's Heat by Lora Leigh and Patience by Lisa Valdez. I'm definitely going to dive into Lion's Heat. I've waited YEARS for Jonas Wyatt to get his comeuppance!
