Thanks for the invitation.This sounds like a really good idea for a book club.I hadn't even heard of this book,I'll have to go check it out.
I had checked out the list on the 1001 books you should read befor you die but found all to many of them unappealing to me so I started my own list.So this idea is an interesting one and I'm sure I'll be able to find many more to my own personal books I should read.

Feel free to invite anyone who you thinnk might be interested

New to Goodreads and the group. I had never heard of the Idiot's Guide before. I had my own ever expanding list written in a notebook, so this is a nice way to categorize all the books I'm interested in and to learn about new ones. Looking forward to this group.

Hey I'm Derrick, Cool group. I was curious though I have looked through the 1001 books list and only picked out the oens that sounded interesting to me and will probably do the same with this list, my question is how many books are on this list? It seems the bookshelf doesn't have all of them.

No the bookshelf doesnt have all the books yet. But they first topic in each folder have a list of all the book in each chapter of the book. Pick and choose away

Hi everyone, I've just ordered this book, although I won't be reading anything from it too soon - have around 20 unread books on my bookshelf at home. Once I'm done with those though, I'll be jumping straight in!
