Diane, I love that you show the UK and US covers. Shows how different they can be sometimes!!

Have you read any of these?

Diane | 70 comments I have only read Angels' Blood (Guild Hunter, #1) by Nalini Singh with this cover. Loved it and have been looking for the next one with the US cover. I can buy the UK covers no problem but really want the US editon/cover. I have also found that the UK books are bigger in size than the US ones. I

Literary Ames (amyorames) | 276 comments Diane, I had this problem so I ordered the US cover version from Books2Anywhere.com who only sell through AbeBooks.co.uk. I've always had good service from them, they're based in the UK but sometimes source their books in the US.

I've read both books plus the short stories. I was a little disappointed with Archangel's Kiss but otherwise I love this series. Angels' Blood was fantastic, 5 star yumminess.

Shannon C. I love this new series. I like it as well or maybe even a bit better than her Psy Changeling series, if you can believe that!! It's a compelling mix of intrigue, suspense, action, and romance. The author did a great job creating a highly original world with its archangels, angels, vampires and guild hunters.

The style of this series reminds me of a cross between the Night Huntress books by Frost and Black Dagger Brotherhood by Ward. Frost since it follows a sharp, appealing hero/heroine throughout the course of the books and the heroine is reluctant at first for the romantic relationship. And BDB because of the darker, grittier feel and Raphael is such a hot, tough bad a$$.

**Suggestion**
If you haven't read this series, just read the descriptions/reviews for book one. Do *not* read the descriptions or even look at the cover art for book two because it may ruin the awesome surprise ending of book one.

Shannon C. **if you haven't read book one, do not look at this post**

The next book in the series has been announced and the new cover art is out. Very cool!

It wasn't as predictable as you say for me, but it definetely gets better with every next book. The third is maybe a bit... too much. But overall, the series is one of my faves, top 3 actually. I love the characters and the world building, and how it gets bigger and bigger with every book!

Her Psy/Changeling series is also very, very good, more of a standard PNR while the Guild Hunter has some UF in it. I definetely love heroines from GH more.
