I'm really not sure what mine is, i love them all! what do you think? ;]

oh i liked twilight, but i dnt like it so much anymore, but i thought it was quite a good book. I dnt think the films are that great though!!

young adult series, i would have to say vampire academy. i havent read a young adult book that was that good until vampire academy and twilight(but i'd say VA is wayyyyyy better than twilight, i find twilight i just like for the romance. not the vampires..b/c vampires that sparkle?? what??)

adult series, its between the night huntress series and chicagoland vampires series. im tied wit these two. and CV only has 2 books out so far so wait and decide if ill like one over the other a little bit more later on. but if u guys havent read these 2 series yet add them to ur TBR shelf!

Yeah, I find Twilight's vamps a bit too tame and boring, so I've gone off it a while ago. I thought the movies were awful, especially Twilight, but being an idiot I'm still going to see Eclipse just because I always have to finish what I started.

But I'd agree with Mariya, VA is definitely the best young adult vampire book, I love everything about them, the action and the romance. And the best adult vampire series for me would be the BDB series and the Night Huntress.

I just think there needed to be more bad stuff going on than just Bella freaking out about getting old and wanting Edward to turn her. All the interesting stuff like fights always happen right at the end and involves more talking than actual fighting.

There are some things about him that are nice, but then there's parts where I would've slapped him. Like when he did something to Bella's car so she couldn't go see Jacob...how controlling is that?

So do I, I think the movie Edward was too serious all the time, you don't really get to see the happy carefree side of him he has when he's with Bella and his family. And he frowns a lot too.

Twilight & vampire academy so far but I love so many

I use to think Twilight was the best, but it was the first Vampire series that I had read. After reading Vampire Academy I like it so much better!!! So much more going on. I am currently reading Vampire Diaries, but I can't stop thinking about Rose and the next Vampire Academy book. I will read the Sookie Stackhouse novels when I finish Vampire Diaries and then I will be able to give a real opinnion.

twilight was also the first vampire series i read! omg im reading Vampire diaries at the moment too! which one are you reading?! im reading the 3rd, 4th and 5th vampire academy books after shadow souls, and then soonafter i too am going to read the sookie Stackhouse novels, as i have the first 3! omg thats sooo wierd, what we are reading and going to read is the same!!! looool (:

awesome!!!! i am on the 6th vampire diaries book, but have only read 2 Vampire Academy book. And i also love twilights love story, but not the whole sparkly vampires thing. Its not very bad-ass is it? XD im also really excited to read the sookie stackhouse books!

How do you like Vampired Diaries?? I am not in love with it so far, but I just started it. Book 3 was the best for me in Vampire Academy. Book 4 started kind of slow, but from the end of 4 all the way through 5 I could not put it down. How did you not finish the entire series?

I'd say The Vampire Diaries!

i really love Damon and he's my most favorite character but the books were too slow for my taste. I'd say Vampire Academy.

Whats is the story about ?

Two lovers mainly. But there are six books and the author changes the situations in a really good way. The first is about two lovers who can't be together. The second goes a little bit about the lovers and the main character having problems with her friend. The third one is really sad(no spoilers). The fourth one is about promises and love. The fifth one is keeping the ones you love safe. The sixth is how everything fells into place.

i would say the best vampire series is the last vampire series by Christopher pike. but that is VERY closely followed by the morganville vampires series witch i am currently in the middle of. i am on carpe corpus i just started it and it is already wonderful!!!!

but no offense to the author but my least favorite series is twilight.

its is written very well and has a great plot i strongly suggest!
