My goal this year is to read 144 books (12 per month). The 12-per-month thing isn't really working out for me right now, but I'm working on it. Like Kate, I have all of these books posted in another group, but I will put every last one of them on here for you all to admire! ;)

Good Luck with that! You'll need to stay awake 24/7 for the rest of the year reading if you want to catch up to her and beet her. I think she reads in her sleep. LOL!

But it is a good goal. I'll try to keep up with you two.

Oh those are so cool! Your's is really cute! I tried to get mine but for some reason I don't think I can. I always go to the create your ticker and then....well...nothing? Wierd huh?

It just goes to a page that has a bunch of stuff with advertisments and it has a "recently" created ticker but nothing to acutally create mine.

Yeps! Make sure for what you're counting, you put either books or pages, whichever you're going to count. I have one for each, as you have seen.

I got my ticker figured out but which link do I use to get it onto a page on goodreads and how do I start a page on here saying my one million books that I have read in a lifetime. I make comments on here but have never done anything else.

Cheryl, you can just start a page like I did, but under the Page folder. And just count your pages like you do on the other group. You use the second link, btw. The one that says Web pages and stuff above it.

Finished Star Power and The Hunger Games and The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner!

Ooo, how'd you like the Short Second....? I know you liked The Hunger Games a lot. And last I've never her of Star Powers. Is it good? That must be quite a few pages to add! :)

LOL! Yes, it was a lot of pages, but I'm loving it! :D

--Bree Tanner was excellent! (Even though it got 4 stars, not 5.) It's a great read for people who love Twilight or Eclipse.
--Star Power is the last book in the Talent series. (Talent, Almost Famous, A Talent novel, Star Power.) I loved the entire series. Recommendation!

I'll have to check out the series. I wonder if they'd make a movie out of Bree Tanner? Porbably not, maybe they'll just give her a bigger part in Eclipse? Or maybe I'm just totally off the mark, lol.

Lol, maybe you are off the mark. Not sure though. Don't see them making a BT movie, and sure not about o hold my breath. They might have given her a bigger part in the movie, but I think that's retarded bc someone of the Eclipse fans might have already read BT. Then it wouldn't make sense in the movie.
