Jen (In the Closet With a Bibliophile) (Jen_thebibliophile) | 300 comments The Baudelaire children
Anne Shirley
Harry Potter
Edward & Bella
Grace & Sam (From Shiver)
Magnus Bane
Hermonie Granger
Sabriel (From Sabriel)
Katniss Everdeen
Peeta Mellark
Tally Youngblood
Ian O'Shea
Elizabeth Bennet

I love a strong (meaning that they do what needs to be done and doesn't whine too much about it) female character and all the female characters listed stuck with me for that reason. Sam, Peeta, Ian, Edward (book only not movie), Magnus, Harry Potter and Klaus Baudelaire all fall under male characters with personalities I adore. I just loved loved loved their characters!

Sam, Ian & Peeta are endeeringly sweet. Magnus is a smart ass, but generally caring. Klaus is a little boy in the face of a big situation. Edward loved so much. Harry Potter was... complicated.

Yes - that was the book that drove my thesis. The concept of Other is very compelling for me.

Jen (In the Closet With a Bibliophile) (Jen_thebibliophile) | 300 comments I really loved Luna Lovegood. I liked the fact that she didn't really care what other people thought, she was still so sure of herself.

Luna Love good is even great in the movies. I loved the part about her missing her shoes and she told Harry that they always come wondering back to her.

What a great way to live!

I'll have to think about characters and get back to everyone with my choices.

I agree with the first three. I love those books and all of the characters.
For Twilight: I'm a Jacob fan and Jasper.
Alex Cross (James Patterson's books)
Mona Lisa (Monère: Children of the Moon by Sunny)
All of the Dark Hunters (Sherrilyn Kenyon series)
Jason Bourne (Bourne Identity)
Faythe Sanders (Stray series)
Noah (The Notebook)
Will (The Last Song)
Nykyrian Quiakides & Sheridan Digger Wade (AKA C.I. Syn) (League Series by Sherrilyn Kenyon)
&
Alexia Tarabotti, Lord Maccon (Soulless)

I'm sure there are more but these are the characters that are at the top of my brain. I stuck in a Q-tip and pulled them out. LOL!
