After reading the first chapter, what do you guys think? I really feel that Stephenie Meyer's writing has changed a bit. Bella just seems...different? I don't know, maybe it's just me.

I was pretty happy with that chapter because it didn't leave me hanging like the other ones did. It had a good ending, and now I will just have to wait for August 2nd to come :)

yea i thought that S.M. sounded way different. Mayb it's not really her and mayb it's a crazy fan.

It's not a crazy fan, that's for sure! Haha, I have read the first chapter in her new Special edition book that is out in stores, and it is the exact same as the one I posted on here.

Yeah, you will probably get it a day after or something. I am not exactly sure.

Hmm, you never know! Maybe they will send it out on August 1st, then it will get there on the 2nd :)

Yeah, I am saving my money for all the series so I can buy them this week. I almost have enough! Can you believe that I dont have the whole series yet?!? I cant! I have been borrowing my friends for the past months! haha.

well this morning Eclipse came in but when i tried to track New Moon it said that i hadn't ordered any of the books but yet i still got Eclipse. i'm going to wait a few more days and then i'm going to contact the seller... i used amazon.com and i got Eclipse from there and New Moon from a seller but i can't remeber the sellers name, i hope that isn't a problem.

i have all three in a box set. cant eait 4 th next. my frend is like way crazed out over it she says shes gonna camp out at the bookstaore

i own them all and didn't spend a dime. they were all gifts. i can not wait for august 2nd! i hope they do send them out early. we could receive them the day before they hit the stores, that would be so freakin awesome!

Yes, I pre-ordered it to. Lucky that you're at the top though. I don't know if this has already been said but my theory on the preface is that it is explaining Bella's change. My first thought is that omg Edward's lost control during their "special hour" and that he's killing her, but then my logic kicked in and said yeah Stephenie with her morals and all wouldn't do that. (that wan't meant to sound like an insult if it does)

Ok.. whoever read the preface and first chapter of BD in the special edition of Eclipse...

But I feel like she's talking about Edward and Edward would never turn against her.
