The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals by Michael Pollan was a fascinating look at the food industry: processed, supposedly organic, and truly organic. Basically, if we are what we eat, we're all corn. Scary and very informative. It will make me think twice about the food I eat. 5 stars from me.
