Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyer discussion

Okay, so I recently finished Eclipse and I loved it. Personally, I think it's the best so far. But I heard some people say that they felt that the ending of Eclipse was really bad...I do not feel this way; I thought it was very good. Does anyone know why the ending would be considered bad?

yeah i don't know why people would hate the ending of eclipse. i loved eclipse so much! everything seems almost sorta happy at the end of eclipse. well at least for bella and edward...probably not jacob. lol but im fine with that :)

if I hadn't known Breaking Dawn was coming i would have hated the end of Eclipse just because it left things so unresolved. But knowing there's another book coming I liked the ending, it set up Breaking Dawn really well I thought. I just hope that Breaking Dawn ends well, or at least with a conclusive ending... I would hate to be left hanging at the end of that one.

I bet the people that don't like the Eclipse ending are probably Team Jacob people :)

I totally agree with Synova! I need more info on what happens with Bella, Edward, and Jacob, so as long as Breaking Dawn exists, I am okay with the end of Eclipse.
