Twilight VS. Harry potter discussion

What would happen if Edward and Harry met?

My guess is that Edward would be walking towards Bella, and Harry would be going to Ginny. Edward rocks more though.

sure, why not, they would probably talk, you know, converse a bit. But other than that i can't see anything happening.

yeah... i guess. But what would happen if they had a fight? who would win? That does not mean that the other dies though.

Hmm... I think that Harry and Edward would just be very polite to each other, but they wouldn't "click" and become friends. They would probably talk about their respective powers - wizard and vampire - and then move on without another thought to the encounter. Yup.

Eddy would show off his special mind powers then Harry would show him that he can do it too! XP Harry is bomb!

Edward is hot - but not his actor. Harry looked ugly in his fourth movie. I don't like the short hair. It looks ugly. Edward would also not show his powers to Harry. What would make him want to anyway?

But, what about hanging w/ jacob? Who's really cute by the way! (at least the actor) He's a werewolf, and harry had a teacher- Lupin - who was also a werewolf. but it would also be different, because of how they morph.

i'm just saying what if they got into a fight? Someone got Bella, or one of Harry's children... And Avada Kedavra wouldn't really work - it's supposed to be HARD to kill a vampire.

It's not like SM said in the middle of one of her books that spells wouldn't work on vampires. How do you know spells wouldn't work?

She did say though the only things that affect a vampire is vampire venom - the only things that leave a scar. plus, the only way to kill them is to tear them to shreds and burn the remains., or a werewolf/ shapeshifter to kill them.

But in Twilight, the only supernatural creatures that existed were vampires and werewolves. There weren't any wizards, so whether or not spells would have an effect on vampires wasn't mentioned. Even if they may not be able to kill vampires, they still might have an effect.

Haha, that's good then. Well, I don't really mind Twilight, I just hate when people try to say it's as good as Harry Potter. Because as you might've noticed, I'm a huge Harry Potter fan. ;)

Fine, assuming that Avada Kedavra doesn't work, Harry would still win.

Like I've said in a lot of posts, wizards have protections and spells to work against speed and wits. Harry can protect himself while casting spells at Edward and keeping him on his feet until he eventually gets him. Then by slowing him down, Edward only has strength, but without speed he has nothing. That leaves it to a Wand vs. Strength battle. Harry could use some Bombarda/Expulso/Reducto spell and blow him up and then Incendio/Lecarnum Inflamarae type thing.

BUUUUUT! I don't see any reason for them to fight, Edward is over 100 years old and Harry has fought through a lot of emotionally maturing events, resulting in a mature Harry anyways. They wouldn't fight and wouldn't have any reason to. So, nothing would happen.
