Oh my gosh! That's really good.

(hmm, let's see. . .)
He threw it at the tree, and it latched on to the side conspicuous in the vines wrapped around the oak.

She was an elf, wandering wherever and whenever she wanted to be.

"There were complications," He cringed but nothing happened. Neraida didn't attack him. Yet.
"Complications?" She asked with a mocking voice.
He nodded fervently.

(what's the girl's name?)

(hmm. . . I need something new. Carolyn?)

(la da da da! hmm.... :_ Kein?)

(If you want. I just make up names as I go. So if you need a name!)

(Callie? Are you there??)

( I hope so... I get edgy when things are quiet around here.... o_o)

(okay! so.... where were we?)

Cosa sighed. "What would you have me do?" he asked.

(yeah... now I'm confused.)

((isn't there a girl who cosa was talking to before the elf walked in? thats how i interpreted it?))

((i thought they'd kidnapped her or something))

Apparently they took no notice of the boy, who was glancing around, confused as ever. He was tall with a lanky sort of build. His sandy brown hair fell into his face, creating the illusionn that he couldn't see. but he could see everything.
His name was Chase, but they didn't know that, either. they also didn't realize that the boy could betray their secrets in one word, let alone run away. which he was contemplating, as well.

"a nymph? Trees? What are you talking about?" He asked scared.

Now a true look of fear was in the boys eyes. "What? What are you talking about? I can't! No!" He yelled.

"What?!" He cried. Chase felt terrified. "Why can't I wake up?" He begged.

Chase was still shaken from the shock. "I can never go back?" He asked. "Even if I killed myself?"

((ok so is Carolyn a good guy or bad guy and where did Chase come from. Can he be turned into a creature while inside the tree if he helps "the small girl" find the book??))

Chase vigorously shook his head. "I don't want to be anything! I just want to wake up... I just want to go home..." He started cry.

"What is this?" the boy asked. "If it's a dream..."
"No." Carolyn said. "I know what you're thinking. This is a dream, but it's a different type of dream. You cannot just do whatever you please."

Suddenly, Chase heard a sound and looked up to find the man (the man from the begginning, does he have a name?) entering the room.

Chase finally decided what side he preffered. He shut his eyes and turned into something. No one was entirely sure what he was. He twirled around and grabbed Rencor. He climbed out of their hiding spot and threw him off the tree.
Coming back in, he changed back to his normal shape.
"What are you?" Neraida asked breathlessly.
"A shape-shifter," Chase replied with a grin.

"I didn't really like that man," Chase admitted. "He was sorta creepy."
Neraida grinned.

"Why can't I go?!" Cosa demanded.

(Okay I'm back, I wasn't able to get on the computer for SO LONG! Okay, let's see, who's Carolyn now? And I really don't care if you change the names. I won't be offended.
And by the way, what's going on?)

(I'm not entirely sure, but I think Carolyn's the girl at the beginning.)

(yeah, but then they wanted to change it, so who's who?)

(Which one's Carolyn?)

Cosa shrugged. "Fights are always good. I'll at least get to do something."
"If you're lucky," Neraida muttered.

(how about Cosa's a... a... um...)

Cosa entered the clearing just then. "How did you sleep?" He asked.

cosa didn't answer, "So, are you ready for an adventure then?" Cosa asked changing the subject.

"Yes, I'm ready . . . I guess."

Cosa turned with a smile on his face. "Good, then let's go shall we? So, what do you want to be Chase?"

(huh? no, I just read that he can become anything he wanted and I wanted to know.)

(This is so hard to catch up on after like two days! UGH!)
