At least it was a conversation about the character! Heh, but we don't have to re-post obviously, right? And also, moderators or something can delete a topic if they need to. :]

Roya is 14 years old, she stands around around 5'5", a little shorter than most girls her age. She has olive-toned skin, a straight nose, almond-shaped, stormy-gray eyes, wavy black hair that falls to the middle of her back. Roya's body fits more into the athletic category, but being in the FAYZ has definitely taken it's impact.
It had been exactly one month since Roya had moved up to Perdido Beach with her 16 year old brother and single parented Father when the FAYZ wall went up. Roya got into many fights at school, due to teasing about how her father worked for the local garbage dump, how she was motherless, and other boys finding it funny to provoke her by poking or something of the sort. Elias, her 16 year old brother, was extremely protective of her, and he was her best friend practically, but he couldn't always be there to break up the fights. The day the FAYZ wall went up, Roya was on suspension for 2 days, laying on the couch listening while her father lectured her in his 'disappointed' tone while getting ready for work. Roya never liked him to be disappointed by her, but then again she never told him why she was in the fights--because she knew the truth would hurt him too much. The only person she ever told why, and how the fights were started was Elias, and she made him swear up and down not to tell their dad.
Roya's dad's coffee mug he was holding had dropped to the floor and shattered, brown liquid everywhere. And things took their mark from there. Elias gone, her father gone. Roya alone.
Roya is truly smart, kind, and sweet. She just never got the chance to let anyone show that side of her, because she constantly had her guard up. Roya's protective, loyal, fiercely stubborn and argumentative, but handy to have around. She carries around a small, but useful camo-pocketknife and wears a silver anklet with pearl beads decorating it, on her anklet all the time--the only thing she owns of her mom.
Roya's power is she can heal bones. Fractures, broken, bruised, etc. Not cuts, not bruises on the skin, not gashes or anything. Only bones.

6. Max Hallow is a girl who has already gone through the Poof, so she is 15. Her height is 5'7" with a athletic, boyish build. She had long, dark red hair, pale skin, black eyes (her entire eye becomes black when she uses her powers) and a cocky attitude. She does what she wants, when she wants, however she wants, and doesn't let anyone tell her no.
She's sometimes callous to others feelings, and a little too cocky for her own good. But she's a good friend who will know how to cheer you up and defend you. She is also very dependable.
Her power is that she can form bone armor all over body.
The armor is white and develops in large, sleek plates. It's hard but like any bone can be broken, though it can be fused back together or replaced if necessary. However doing so takes energy and the more it's done the slower the process gets, until eventually it can't be done anymore and Max will have to rest. The armor is also susceptible to high heat and can crack if it gets too hot.
The only seams in the armor are at the joints and jaw, which are specially layered so Max can bend/move without showing skin. The seam across her mouth makes her mouth look too wide and she uses this to her advantage. She purposely fashions a secondary/outer set of sharp teeth onto the mask for offensive/theatrical purposes. She often forms the tips of her fingers into claws.
Her hair sticks out of a little slit in the back of her neck. When she gets rid of the armor it breaks down and most of the calcium is absorbed back into her body for reuse.
History: Max's mom died when she was four and her and her father moved to Peridido Beach after that. He father worked as a local fisherman and couldn't get home till late a lot of the times.
Max was a quiet kid in school, but outside of school often did as she wanted as no one was around to tell her not to. This attitude only increased after the FAYZ, and now Max spends the day entertaining herself and often fishing just of shore, a skills she learned from her dad.
She sometimes helps Quinn fish for the entire community and sometimes will go to the fields to help pull cabbages. Although no one knows about her powers, she'll often encase her feet (under her pants and shoes) when going into the fields....just in case the Zekes get territorial again.

6. Penelope Falls is kind of weird. Things don't bother her as much as they should, but that's probably because she saw her father kill her mother mere weeks before the FAYZ happened -she sees the FAYZ very distantly and unemotionally in the beginning. She takes care of her little brother, Paul, as best as she can when crazy shit happens, and ignores the pain and sick nightmares from her past. The future started when the walls came down, and she's determined to do what's best for her and Paul
She's confident that the Poof won't hold any charm for her, since she has no one but little 4 year old Paul. Of course, she does get worried as her time comes closer and closer that she will poof out, leaving Paulie to defend himself.
Penelope noticed weird things about herself almost immediately after all this craziness happened. She lost track of time, or when she did remember, it was all choppy. Turns out she's a Shape-shifter. After the first Change, she started to remember things more and more, and she discovered she could talk to animals (the ones who didn't already talk). Taking the form of any animal does hold it's charm when she's calming down a screaming toddler in the shape of a lovable puppy, but Penelope hunts as discreetly as possible as a predator, leaving tid-bits lying around for others to find -only when it suits her.
She has curly black hair, and icy blue eyes. She stands at a very short 5'2'', and she's known for her sarcasm -which now has turned into bitterness after the Incident. Most of her friends joined Zil's crew, so she's pretty much alone. As time goes by, Penelope has noticed her strength growing and she's determined to help more than just herself and Paul. She decides to use her skill to hunt for others and to fight for Perdido Beach -and everyone in it. She wants to save the innocent lives of these kids like she wish she could have saved her mother before it was too late.

I saw this guy in a car once, and on his license plate he had his initials and I'm assuming his wife's on a breast cancer plate. In the windshield there was a bracelet hanging on the mirror. And he was alone so obviously I was thinking of how he probably lost his wife to it or something and coming up with tragic love-found and love-lost stories...

6. Chuck is a tall, dark haired guy. He has the power to increase his aim, e.g. when he raises a gun to shoot or if he tries to focus hard on something, time slows down but only he notices. Its only about 6-7 seconds long but it helps. 3 bar.
He's about 6'2 tall, broad chested and muscular. He can drive a motorbike as good as any pro.
Chuck is very much a bad guy. He's the bad boy, the rebel and one of the toughest bullies around. Now before Caine arrived on scene he was the head guy, drug dealer (never did the stuff himself) and head of a whole line of bullies, and he fought to defend his position. But Caine took over and Chuck was demoted to second. Which wasn't too bad but wasn't his favourite spot. Then Drake and Diana came along.
Demoted down to fourth. That was before the Fayz, now in the Fayz he's waiting for his time to rise again but over ALL the fayz.
Equipment:
He wears a bike jacket basically all the time, with casual jeans and white t-shirt underneath. He carries with him a desert eagle handgun and a simple flick blade knife. Owns an easy rider harly davidson.

This is the unreal Johnny, a accident created in a nucleur explosion. He is an essence of hte original, nothing more, however he does havem ost of the originals memories, locked in deep inside of him somewhere :/
He has in its (i elaborate IT) mind Johnny's ideal background ,no time at Coates, no drug addicted parents and got on well with his brother. However he doesn't remeber any of his time with "the gang". But deep down he is drawn towards the group, and watches at a distance.
He's fake, too real, he has no powers but doesn't exist, sort of like a ghost. e.g. if he was shot he wouldn't "die"
(the real Johnny died, this is a bad copy of him. If Rose still exists in the new one its too get some loose ends tied up but if not, hey its a nice little thrill for any of hte veterans here, e.g. me, Rose, Grace etc )
I'd actually say that chuck is a two bar, but that's just my perspective.

Idk what Penelope is. I'd say 2 bar for the fact that although she can change into animals, she speaks to them, which isn't too helpful. BUT! I think she could be a 3 bar if she's being a badass Panther or something...
I'm just going to reuse Nevaeh. She's probably a two bar.
I....I just realize how ridiculously awesome of a team Max and Roya could be. My character created bone armor which is hell to regrow when cracked...and Roya heals bone. *is shocked*But yeah, I'd say Roya is a 2 bar.
Penelope (I think I'm gonna have Max call her Nel, cause it's cute)...I'd say she's a 3 bar.
And yeah, Nevaeh seems like a 2 bar also.

6. He had no name, only a nickname. He was a minion of the giaphage, and he has Control over darkness, and uses a Dark Pistol, a weapon of his own devising as his primary weapon, but also has a double-ended trident for close combat. he is a 3-bar, and as a result of his powers, could cloak himself in darkness like a shield, or turn into a shadow and hide in the shadow of a building. then his brother Maxtt took away the darkness in Fred's soul, turning him back into a normal boy. but he didn't take it all away, so Fred can turn back into blackout at will. as Blackout he can do all the things he could before he had the darkness taken away.

*sigh*....Dan, I know you really want a cool character, but this thing was suppose to be more realistic than the last. That usually means characters have names. Also, you've gotta ask yourself "Where did he get a double edged trident? How does a teenager develop his own weapon in the FAYZ? How is he even smart enough to develop his own weapon?" That's very outlandish....unless he's a minion of the Gaiaphage.

Jesus Dan, no need to act like that. You could of just told me he made them with his powers and that he was part of the Gaiaphage, then be done with it. I'm sorry if I seemed pushy but the whole reason I suggested starting a new roleplay was for the challenge and to try and make things more realistic/true to the story line. The old RP was completely out of control because no one ever wanted to ever risk offending someone else by pointing out outlandish things. So excuse me for being honest for once and pointing out possible plot holes. I was wrong, I get it. Okay, whatever.

no matter how hard you try, this will not work, the whole new roleplay thing. Its what we tried with the original, and you see what happened with that, and tbh, I liked it alot.
Oh, okay. I forgot you played him. And that's not a very optimistic outlook. This is just a challenge, what's the harm in trying? If we fail then so what? At least we tried and it'll still be fun. I'm not saying I didn't enjoy the old RP, it WAS fun, but I want a challenge.

of course I'm not very optimistic, you're killing off one of my favourite things! The only reason I killed off Johnny was because you would complain in the new roleplay... but now thinking about it maybe keeping him would be good against the likes of Max Hollow.(bone armour ain't outlandish at all, especially in the WORLD of outlandish stuff, e.g. a giant glimmering dome whihc shocks you if you touch it and an alien made from crystals... which eats uranium )

Yeah, sorry if I'm a bit pissed off when Sierra started and changed everything! It was good fun, we had our own plot in mind, battle the HC. That was it, that was that. It wasn't gonna fit in the story, no matter how hard we tried. Theres been many times when I've thought, y'know... fuck it I'm gonna quit, this just isn't the same anymore.
Dude, what are you talking about? I just want a little more plot and to try and stay closer to the storyline. Why do you seem to have such a problem with that? And what's wrong with my character? She's just a kid with bone armor who's a bit too cocky for her own good.....

I personally don't see whats wrong with changing it just a little bit (but I wasn't apart of the original RP, though, so my opinion on that isn't very strong since I don't know), and I can see how you could be upset over some changes, Matt.
There is nothing wrong with ANYONES character. Let's not be mean to each other over someones ideas, okay?
Maybe everyone needs to just get off the computer for 10-20 minutes to cool down and think about this before you say something that can't just be deleted.
A little more plot? Jebus you can't make up a plot around a storyline which ain't even finished!He (MG) could dramatically change something which would throw the entire plot into whack and not forgetting you guys are one book ahead of us.
The thing with the HC plot was that it was simple, it was FAKE. tbh the whole roleplay was a place to cut loose, let your imagiantion grow wild. Whats a better set than a pplace can have superpowers and hteres aliens invoved?

:( I'm sorry too, Matt. I don't mean to micromanage or take over, I just get excited and caught up in my ideas, I don't think ahead about how it might affect others. How about we just start the roleplay and work as we go? We have new people and I'm sure it will be even funner than before. :D
