There are so many books I like that it is hard to pick a favorite but I would have to say one of my favorites is:

Hard one. I love Subway Turkey, Italian Herbs and cheese bread W/ lettuce, green pepper, american cheese, and Light Mayo!!! Yumm!!

well I didn't answer it because I don't really like perfume. So I guess I'll have to say, Soap and Water! lol

What is yout favorite genre in books?

Classics, mostly.
But right now, I'm into young-adult and chick-lit.
What's your favourite genre in music?

I have very ecelectic tastes in music. But being from Texas and having family in Tennessee, I love country music. Try finding any of that in India! lol
Recently we went to a Celtic Women concert and I think we bought every CD they had.

What color do you think you look best in?

My husband says I look good in Black.
But My persnal favorite is orange.

Navy blue and hot pink. Like you DH likes the pink and I think the Navy blue looks better on me.

which grades in school did you like the best?

I loved the grades 6 and 7. High school wasn't that bad. 4th grade wasn't that bad either, I like what we learned, but I didn't like one of my teachers. I was a nerd, and liked school.

What is your favorite day of the week?

Friday.

What was/is ur favorite school subject?

Miza, I didn't know that! Is Pakistan the same way? I lived in Inida so many years and at the International School we would host sports teams from Pakistan, Bangladesh, other parts of India and Sri Lanka. I learn something every day! I do know in most Muslim countries Firday is the forst day of the wee. I've spent some time in Qatar.

It's hard to choose between English and Social Studies, but since I didn't like the grammar part of English, only the literature, so I'll go with Social Studies which involved History, geography and study of different cultures.

How many languages can you speak? At least enough to get around a different city?

I live in Bangladesh, not Pakistan.
I speak only English, and Bangla - which is my mother language. Sure, I guess I know enough English to get around a diffferent city.

right. I just wondered if Bangladesh and Pakistan had their weekends at the same time

Hmm, I'm in love with Will Smith right now, but it's temporary. No fav actresses, sorry.
What abt you?

My favorite actor is Sam Elliott although he isn't very active in movies anymore. It is sad that they don't cast older men as romantic leads (or at least not in the United States).

What is your favorite food or food group? (I'm a sweets and starch person--give me dessert and pasta, bread, potatoes and I'm a happy woman.)

same here! Although second choice would be fruit.

Sometimes they do cast older men but the problem is, the women are always under 35 or so. I can't remember the name of the movie but an example is Jack Nicklous and Helen Hunt.

No one really ...
but I watched the entire 'X Files' series like crazy, and wanted to join the FBI, or whatever we have in my country.

Heidi! Can you believe it?!! I was reading to my twins a few nights ago the part where Frauline Rottenmeir takes away her clothes and all those "soft white rolls" she had been saving for the grandmother and how badly she wanted to go home to her grandfather and all three of us had tears well up in our eyes!

What was the last book you read that you would rate 5 stars?

Tough !!
But I was reading the Hunger Games series, book1 and I really liked the idea ... so I guess I can give it a 5.

I was supposed to go to India, but we keep on postponing da vacation coz my husband can't get time away from his work.

No, not really. I guess the closest fear of something I have is needles. But I can deal with it. :)

MARK TWAIN!!! I soooo wish I could have met him, but then I would have to be over 100 years old and it would make it hard to keep up with my kids now.(smile)

TTPBM If you could be a character in a book, who would you be?

There are so many characters I'd like to be!! However, who immediately comes to mind is Nancy Drew. I grew up loving those books, and pretending I was her at times. I guess I'm still a kid at heart. :)

Most likely Italy - there are so many!
