Calling all Demigods! discussion

The poll obviously answered yes. So ya all know how to play. We need to decide on a date and a time and all the other mods, I am sorry if you don't approve. Delete this if you don't approve. Anyway, I'll post some dates in the poll and click the most convienent. Then someone ( Most likely me since I brought it up) will find the 'rules' to the game in the book then PRESTO!

Sure, we can make it weekly, then close to new topics after two days? Like, every Monday, etc?

But we should do it on weekends, more people are free then.
And I have to figure out how to delete polls.

UPDATE-- WE ARE IN FACT HAVING A CAPTURE THE FLAG GAME.

I WILL CREATE A NEW FOLDER FOR THIS IN ORDER NOT TO FILL UP THE FOREST OR ANYTHING ELSE.

IF ANYONE HAS ANY DETAILS ABOUT CAPTURE THE FLAG FROM THE BOOKS-- BOUNDARIES, ETC, PLEASE POST THEM HERE.

This topic is going to be moved to the new CTF folder.

CTF is TEMPORARILY paused until more of the mods get back for ROLEPLAY so that we don't do too much while they're gone.

Yeah... I saw it was opened up three hours or so ago... eep! I was watching Babylon 5! Hold on, someone (me) needs her head screwed on straight... and now I hafta go to bed.

Tanja wins a brownie for watching it, too. I can only discuss up to the end of season 3, though. ^_^ I told someone else I watched Star Trek Enterprise and they gave something away... I think.

I cannot watch ST Enterprise. It's eh compared to the original series, next gen, deep space nine and voyager. But I do love the new ST movie!

Me, too. They're making a sequel! And my dad's just having us watch them all... I like next gen and voyager the best, though, and haven't seen DS9.

TOS, TNG and DS9. Voyager sometimes.

DS9 has some great storylines and characters. Worf eventually joins their crew. You'll recognize O'Brian from TNG, too. He's there in the first few seasons.

The new ST movie basically re-writes the entire ST continuity. So TNG, DS9, and VOY are completely re-written due to the temporal changes from ST movie. It's the way to revitailize the franchise. And I admit that I love it.

It was ingenious, I have to say. I think I've seen the DS9 captain-person somewhere, maybe on an interview before a televised Star Trek auction? Random chat, though: then we can spam it all up with our sci-fi and Trekkie/Trekker lurve.

If we're not included in the main roleplay, we can assume our character participated and make up some stories fighting a NPC (non-playable character) from the opposing team?

Example: Dante fiendishly revealed, "There's a Dio that'll be clutching his pillow and crying tonight."

Dio is Dionysus NPC. Nameless nobody.

Oh sure. Like after CTF if you weren't on when they were roleplaying you could make up stories about how they defeated someone or something without using a specific name.


But I'd be careful about that Dio thing ;)
