ooohh...Of Mice and Men - my sophomore year English teacher stripped any enjoyment I could have had from that book. It's made me shy away from Steinbeck in general :(
One of these day I'll try Steinbeck again...It's hard to bring myself to do it when there are so many other books that seem so much more appealing.
