wolf spirit | 604 comments The things that I know now that I wish I knew when I was younger and to be more open, not be shy, and timid. That is what I want to change.

message 4: by wolf spirit (new)

wolf spirit | 604 comments That is great when something or someone changes us for the better either out of good or evil. We become stronger and powerful with each step Mistye.

I would change meeting any fake, mean, gossiping girls. They just have nothing to do, but talk about you. Hahaha.

Hate to admit it but those kind of girls are everywhere. It would make life so much easier if there was a BS radar so we could all avoid them.

El-Noor (booknerd07) and this is why all the weird people are my friends... :D

message 9: by wolf spirit (new)

wolf spirit | 604 comments That is a great idea Christa. lol...you should invent one. I totally would buy one..lol.
I dislike women or even men that gossip behind your back instead of telling what is on their mind to your face. lol...El-Noor me weird as well and I love being weird and different and never be in the same category as Gossip people. I do not juge anybody though.

message 10: by wolf spirit (new)

wolf spirit | 604 comments I don't speak what is on my mind. I am such a person that actually wonders what people think about and it sucks because I am always wondering what is wrong when they stare at me and I wish I can speak my mind maybe you could give me some pointers Mistye. lol.

message 11: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca (alwaysrebecca) | 635 comments I am the same as you w.s. Except for when people mess with my little sis. Then they need to watch out. Lol

Mistye, you may say what's on your mind but you still know how to keep rude comments to yourself unlike the majority of our school. Speaking of school I just got back from visiting Hanover. Loved it!

message 12: by wolf spirit (new)

wolf spirit | 604 comments lol. I will watch myself when I meet your little sis. Rebecca.

message 13: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca (alwaysrebecca) | 635 comments Yea, I don't think you'll have to worry! Lol, but I love her and try to help her. Unfortunatly, she doesn't listen to my advice very often, then wishes she had. All sibilings probally do that though.

Everyone has a radar for BS, sometimes it is just hard to tune in to it because the ways they sell it change up from time to time.

That is the best kind of person to be! Say what you mean because those who matter don't mind and those who do don't matter. *shrug*

So true...so true...

Mistye the thing with anger and blaming it on your parents may be true...It is more a taught thing though and also in your blood as well as us all...Meditation works for this...Writing helps a great deal...And knowing that getting angry has negative results is the most important...I have reason in my life to be seriously angry, how it is going and I have to move my old city to work...I am losing my apartment cause my gf does not know how to keep her mouth shut(she is not my gf anymore) I can not find a job here where I am living and still, I smile...lets see her ex jumped me from behind three times...he is 6'3 350 and I am 5'10 185lbs and still I refuse to get angry at her for it...Teaching...Find teachers so your life will go easier...We get angry because it it an animal instinct that means we are being backed into a corner with no way out...Fight or flight >this is fight...as push over as it seems; backs away...How about just smiling and saying,"I refuse to go that route?" anyway...Take care...

message 18: by [deleted user] (new)

Thanks dr. mistye...I will keep that in mind...I have it pretty much figured out...

I think most of us try not to regret but it is so hard sometimes like for instance: I love this boy because I have known him since 1st grade but If I wouldn't have met him I wouldn't be the way I am and that might not be so bad. I hate being so shy, confused, and afriad of everything. No one understands me or the things I do, I think its beause of how I always depended on him to be my friend I never had to deal with other people but now that he is gone....... i don't know what to do.

message 23: by Brooke (new)

Brooke | 663 comments i know what your talking about. i've depended on one of my friends to always be there and now she's drifting away. im really shy also and i find it hard to make new friends.
thats what i woud change about myself. my shyness

message 24: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm thinking there are a lot of us shy people on here. If you don't have anyone to talk to you turn your favorite song on blast and stick your nose in a book. I l♥ve you Goodreads!!!

message 26: by Camilla (new)

Camilla (camillaisloved) Agreed. Same here. Read, read, read, read, read.

message 27: by Camilla (new)

Camilla (camillaisloved) Lol...yes who can forget writing! And with that said, I have hit a block! I am at the point where everything looks overwhelming. All I have to do is put the story together.

message 28: by [deleted user] (new)

I always seem to have what I want in my head and when I put it on paper its like two pages....ugh. so hard

message 29: by Camilla (new)

Camilla (camillaisloved) Haha! That's quite comical Mistye!

Sometimes it helps to do the conversation first then go back and elaborate.
