While reading this book, I'm amazed to see how accepted Hitler was simply because of his impassioned speeches and "fiery eyes". Although his message was filled with hate and destruction, most of the German people interpreted his fervor as patriotism and pride.

While reading, it was clear that Ronnie was trying to fit in to an extreme extent getting in trouble with the cops and trespassing during her first week at her dads. I feel like nowadays and in highschool you see so many students and peers who did whatever they could to fit in with "The" crowd. No matter what the consequences are teens are trying and doing everything to fit in.

Really good book I just started reading it. I'm still trying to figure out what it is about. The main Character is a girl and she describes everything through journal entries. Is is put together very different this book, it has new titles on every page with little writing. I thought it would be boring but it is not after a few pages.

Currently on page 100 of The Hunger Games. Katniss is thrown into the games with 11 others who have made it their job to kill her in order to save their own lives. This reminds me of everyday bullying where one person is picked on and must fend for themselves. They have no one else to depend on and others with do anything to fit in.
