J.p. Dorsey (jpdorsey) | 5 comments Thanks for "Introduce Yourself". Just completed my first book in a Vampire Trilogy series called "The Dhampir Chronicles". Book One is titled "Dhampir Chronicles: The Awakening". The story begins with a human male living in Ogunquit, Maine and working as a health care consultant for large corporate hospital entities. His grandmother's death brings him in contact with the Ostlandik vampire clan hiding on an island in Moosehead Lake, Maine. The grandmother was their Dhampir Protector for the clan for hundreds of years until the death of her vampire mate, and returned to live her life out as a mortal once again. Ulle's grandmother wanted to have the Ostlandik's protect her grandson from the European vampire clan who continue to thrive by feeding off humans until he is able to transition into his true Dhampir life. Both vampire clans will not stop attempting to convince this "newbie" Dhampir to be their protector and destroying the opposing clan.

The book can be found on the Xlibris publishing and Amazon website. E-Books are distributed by Xlibris, Amazon, and Books on board in several versions of format.

Book Two, "Dhampir Chronicles: Prophecy of Dre's Kuff" will be released early in 2011.

My own novel, The Love Thing, is a gay romantic comedy set in San Francisco, in which the truth about love and friendship is the dominant theme. I hope you take a moment to check it out!

Amber Lehman (amber_lehman73) | 4 comments Hi Everyone!

My name is Amber Lehman and I'm the author of a young-adult novel called Torn. It deals with teens coming to terms with their sexuality--whether it be gay, lesbian, bisexual, or just questioning. I feel very fortunate that it was the winner of the 2010 Next Generation Indie Book Awards-GLBT category, and a finalist in the 2010 Lambda Literary Awards-Bisexual Fiction. If you get a moment, visit my Goodreads page for more info, or visit my website at: http://www.closetcasepress.com.

Thanks for viewing!

Amber :)

Amber Lehman (amber_lehman73) | 4 comments Hi everyone! It's Amber again. It’s been awhile since I’ve been on any of the Goodreads boards. Mostly because I’m back in school and my workload is crazy. But I did want to stop by and let you know that I finally got around to renovating my website—or rather, I hired someone to renovate it for me. LOL. Anyway, I’d like to invite you to look around my new and much improved site at www.closetcasepress.com. I’ve also completed another book that I hope to release shortly, and I’ll be sure to keep you abreast of that as well. I hope everyone has been doing well, and I will do my best to stop in whenever homework hasn’t taken over my life. Take care!
Amber :)

Kevin Klehr (goodreadscomkevink) | 8 comments http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16... is a comic tale of gay unrequited love in the Afterlife.

Even at the end of life, people don't always find happy endings.

Mark Tedesco | 8 comments If you like historical fiction set in Ancient Rome, please let me know what you think of my latest work on the two Roman soldiers John and Paul. It is almost a subtle Brokeback Mountain combined with Ben Hur.
