Alright heres swhat i have gathered so far:
The release date was predicted by most (people who did predict [which wasnt much] to be late 2009 to mid 2010, also it was rumored that brisingr was the other half of the "fourth book" asit is called i will try ro find out more about the title

On the name, all i couldn find was that it was going to be empire, wich is what everybody already says it is, so i will just keep researching

The nook is an ereader much better thanthe kindle if you ask me so if you are book worm i highly recommend you can get one now for only 159 if you just want the wi-fi version

sorry this is a bot off the point but the ipad is way better than the nook and e reader put together. and dont say anything about the price as the ipad can do a whole lot more things that the nook cannot do!

hunches is all we got as paolini has a tight lip about the book so nothing is concrete info but rather information that is assumed or thought of as being probable!! as much as i would like what he says it is true none of it has much evidence as paolini has not said much about his fourth and hopefully last book.

Funny that you guys would say that empire would be the fourth book as many were talking about it being the third but that wasnt the case then.

Well, maybe i will look into one
