Alyssa (alyssa_hesper) I want an e-reader so bad I can taste it, lol. My only problem is deciding between the Nook & Kindle. For those of you that have them, are there any pros, cons or advice concerning either of those that you can me?

Mrs. Badass (mrsbadass) | 140 comments I don't think you can really go wrong with either. I LOVE the new kindle K3, but I will wait to buy for a few months or so to make sure they got all the bugs out. I love my Nook. It's the only reader that reads Epub and allows you to utilize your library for lending. You can also download (ARC's) if you get approved from netgalley.com and read them on your nook. (I think you can with Kindle too, and Sony) I love the touchscreen at the bottom of the nook and the more streamlined look vs the kindle keyboard. My nook can be slow sometimes to turn pages, and it has frozen up a few times, but overall, I'm so happy I bought it.

Alyssa (alyssa_hesper) I already have alot of .epub files because I use the iBooks app on my Touch. I also have the Kindle app, I just get so tired of reading on such a small screen.

I love the lending books feature and that's why I was leaning towards the Nook. I'll have to check out this netgalley.com, sounds right up my alley, lol!

Thanks for the info :)
