Bear with me, there aren't a lot, I promise.

1. Try not to use to much text speak, certian things are okay, but let's keep the headaches from trying to decifer some long post full of abreviations to a minimum.

2. Let's keep the criticizm CONSTRUCTIVE. There is absolutly no reason to tell somebody that their writing is bad, that they have no talent, blah blah blah blah blah. Honestly, if you have a problem with someone else's work, say so nicely, please.

3. Be nice. We're all equals here, so let's act like it.

4. Spam is encouraged, but not required. No limits, be creative, whatever. If you want to randomly shout POTATOES, then randomly shout POTATOES. Whatever keeps you creative.

5. Swearing, within reason, is allowed. Let's face it, not all of our storys are happy little balls of sunshine. There's profanity, that's okay. But, just because you can swear, doesn't mean you have to have ten f words, five h words and various other profainty in one post. Let's keep it somewhat kid friendly. Also if someone asks you to stop swearing, please do.

6. Have fun, be creative, let go of all limitations. Whatever you want.

7. I, or any other mod, reserve the right to delete posts if we find them too offensive.

Hey you guys! Um... I'm going to be gone for awhile. I don't know how long; could be a few days, could be weeks. My mom and I have been fighting so much, that I can't take it anymore and I'm moving in with my dad who lives where I used to live. So for the next however many days, my priority is getting packed, getting everything sorted out, and then getting unpacked and settled. But I'll keep ya updated.

Apparently I'm not moving... So confused right now...

It just is. Everyone's actually active in it. And people are nice. All the other groups that I'm in, people are just... urg. Like with all the games, they just do the games and don't converse.

Ahhh. Have you read the excerpts I posted in my thread? I think that they're really funny. But that's just my opinion.

My sob story:

Dear Goodreads staff and management,

The deletion of the reviews that people left on our stories meant quite a bit to many people. It meant so much to me, reading those reviews, and thinking that I was doing something right. When I first joined Goodreads, I joined because I discovered there was a section for writing. I had just started writing a lot, and wanted to share what I was writing and get feedback on it.

Often times while I'm writing, I feel like I'm not doing good, and that nobody would like it, and that I'm no good at writing. Before when I felt like this, I had only my friends and family to show this to, and I felt as though they were biased, and only said those things to be nice to me. But then I received an email saying that someone liked my chapter.

I continued to receive emails telling me that people liked my chapters, and then when I read the reviews people left me, I felt really good about myself. Then I had received a review by Lynn Hardy. She had said that I wrote very well, and that I was able to keep her interested. I can't even describe the joy I felt as I read that review. Nothing could really compare to it. A published, talented author said that I was a good writer.

After receiving that comment, whenever I had felt like I was doing no good, I returned to that comment. The same feelings of joy returned to me, and I felt like I could take on the world.
I recently felt like I was doing no good in my writing, so, like so many other times now, I returned to that comment. Only to find that it was gone. I was literally heartbroken. As I check all of my other writing, I saw that every other review I had ever received on my stories also met the same fate. I still feel heartbroken by the loss of the reviews, and I beg of you, Goodreads, please return them to me. I am not the only one who feels this way. We are all angry and hurt by this, and we ask of you to please return our inspiration and motivation for writing.
