I got this recipe from Rural Arkansas magazine but adjusted it to work better for me. I thought I'd post it here for you guys/gals.
Banana Split Pie
2 graham cracker crusts 1 can (14oz) condensed milk 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained 1 8 oz container of Cool Whip 4 or 5 fresh bananas 1/8 cup pecans, choppped Chocolate syrup Maraschino cherries, optional
Mix milk, 1/2 container of Cool Whip, lemon juice and pineapple in bowl. Chop up bananas and add to mix. Stir and pour into crusts. Add the rest of the Cool Whip over the mixture. Sprinkle pecans over the pie and then drizzle chocolate syrup over it. Add cherries if you desire. Refrigerate and enjoy.
