Has someone ever told you: "There is no such thing as a dumb question." They lied to you, there actually is such a thing but we don't judge. Here is the topic where you can post any question you want and have it answered.

It is an anything about anything kind of topic ask away!

Do you ever picture your future one way, the house, the guy, and the job, and then wonder if it will all go wrong one day?

I use to but I refuse to do that anymore. It gets exhausting and really depressing when you start thinking of all the things that could go wrong in life. It is hard enough.

~Tormiester~ (hatsoff343) | 68 comments Umm when you say some random logic and everyone around you laughs but you are serious, you mean it. Ex: do you think elephants get nosebleeds??

Everyone thinks your joking and when they find out that you aren't they call it stupid.

message 5: by Camilla (new)

Camilla (camillaisloved) Now I want to know if elephants can get nose bleeds now... Thanks a lot Tori! Geeze!

message 6: by Alice (new)

Alice (aliciairene) Haha, yes, Camilla, me too.

And I agree with you Tori. Sometimes I just pop out this question, and they laugh and tell me 'that's just stupid or sth' and I am like, ohh -looks down at hands-

*shrugs* somtimes they just don't get me.

message 7: by Camilla (new)

Camilla (camillaisloved) People who laugh at those type of questions just don't want everyone to know that secretly, they want to know the answers too. That's how I see it. >.<

Brooke | 663 comments that makes sense Camilla.

message 9: by Camilla (new)

Camilla (camillaisloved) I should know, I used to be one of those people...

Why are there flotation devices in the seats of planes instead of parachutes?

message 11: by Camilla (new)

Camilla (camillaisloved) Bahaha...that's a great question!!!!

message 12: by meri (new)

meri (meri_is_a_saltedfish) | 128 comments ...there are dumb answers too...
ex: pilots prefer crashing in waters...and no one( as far as i know) even tried opening the roof of a plane in mid-air like jets and stealth look alike and the passengers' seats would float in mid-air and using their parachutes at the same time...that would be disastrous...

message 14: by Camilla (new)

Camilla (camillaisloved) Haha ... I just want to know how some things were named! (i.e. hair, eye, orange, utility, Mississippi, opossum, pterodactyl) I mean, some times I wonder if they got tired and just threw letters together and was done with it!

message 15: by Brooke (new)

Brooke | 663 comments lol maybe that is exactly what they did. that's an interesting question actually. now i want to know the answer :D

message 16: by meri (new)

meri (meri_is_a_saltedfish) | 128 comments to answer that Question we need to study the History of the word...where it originated...social situation on the time the word was formed and how the meaning changes over time...and that's a lot of work...gonna try to answer that next time...

message 17: by Camilla (new)

Camilla (camillaisloved) Another question that's been running in my head, why do they call it a glove compartment? Did they actually keep gloves in it 'back in the day'?

message 18: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca (alwaysrebecca) | 635 comments yep, when automobiles were new you would have special gloves for guys and girls specially made for driving... everyone had gloves in that time period for different things... so it is known as a glove box because thats where they kept their gloves...

Okay, new question.

If you are riding in a car traveling at the speed of light what happens when you turn on your headlights?

message 26: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca (alwaysrebecca) | 635 comments the light travels at twice the speed of light because

car headlights moving at speed of light + actual light moving at the speed of light = double the speed of light

or maybe they just move at the same rate... not sure... just theories.

message 27: by Lauren (new)

Lauren (little_miss_innocent) | 39 comments if the car is traveling at the speed of light then. . .if you turned on your lights u wouldn't see it would you? or would everything just be full of light? Idk.
Why are you in a car going that fast in the first place?

message 28: by Camilla (new)

Camilla (camillaisloved) Bahaha, Lauren.

Okay another question. You know that indestructible black box that is used on airplanes? Why don't they make the whole plane out of it?

message 31: by [deleted user] (new)

umm, i don't have an answer. but thats a very good question.

message 32: by Camilla (new)

Camilla (camillaisloved) Wouldn't it be too heavy for the plane? ...

I have a question!!! ... ... I was watching this "scary" show about giant bugs. And this just popped into my head. Why are cockroaches SO HARD to kill? I always hear that they could live an atomic bomb! WTF?!

message 33: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca (alwaysrebecca) | 635 comments Idk all I know is that they are disgusting and I wish the earth would be rid of them.

message 34: by Camilla (new)

Camilla (camillaisloved) Here here! What is their purpose?

message 35: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca (alwaysrebecca) | 635 comments Not sure...
