Dangerous Hero Addict Support Group discussion

The suggestion was made to start monthly group reads based on a dangerous hero theme. Of course, participation is always voluntary.

I think it's a great idea, but we need volunteers to coordinate the group book discussions. It would not involve much beyond soliciting titles, starting a poll to vote, and coordinating book discussions.

If you are interested in helping to coordinate, please sign up on this thread for a month. I will add your name to this post. If it turns out you can't do it, just let us know as soon as you can and we'll get someone else to cover that month:

Let's try to have a different theme every month. Person who signs up for leading discussion can choose the theme, but it should relate to dangerous heroes.

May: Angels/Demons
June: Soldier/Military Hero
July: Cowboy/Rancher

Please try to have book selected at least by the last few days of the month, preferably poll up by the 20th of the month.

Also, please give us some theme choices here. We can do a voting system for the chosen theme of the month.

Do you guys have a list of themes? We can vote on them and do them in order of highest to lowest votes. I went head and made January TBR catch-up month as a theme, just to get things going.

Do you want themes directly relating to Dangerous Heroes? We could use some of the 19 different varieties you listed in the Mega-Challenge.

I think we can use some of the varieties, but also whatever people come up with. I like those, Bekah.

If you all want, we can add the different Dangerous Hero types to the poll, and read them in order of votes.

That would be fun, and maybe would also help some people out in the Mega-Challenge! But I like Bekah's ideas, too!

Maybe we should narrow it down to 11 choices for the poll, and then do those in order. Otherwise, we won't have enough months. :) Or we could have a runoff, and narrow down to the ones that have the most choices and then vote to decide what order to use them in. Does that make sense?

As a n00b, I'd like to give a month a shot, I'll sign up for may, but Im going to need a little support, I don't really know much about this site or setting up polls and whatnot. I am excited though :)
