Nominations for Feb/Mar Group Read

I will start the process by nominating a book I just finished. It is the debut novel by a new historical fiction author Stephanie Dray titled Lily of the Nile. The main character is Cleopatra Selene, daughter of Cleopatra and Marc Antony.

Colleen I love your choices!
I've been very interested in that family for a while now

You might want to wait for the next nominations since this is getting republished on March 1 under the title "I Am the Chosen King". It's a big book and while some people might buy it on the release day, that would only leave half the designated time to read it left. The original publication may not be readily available everywhere - it is available from Amazon but for $31! The new release is only $11.46.

So, Darkpool, do you want to table the nomination until the next go round?

Great. I will make a note and include it in the Apr/May nominations, but keep a look out in case I forget, lol.
This is sad... I can't remember the voting rules lol
Can I nominate two HF's or is it an HF and a non-fiction?
If I can, I'd like to nominate His Last Letter: Elizabeth I and the Earl of Leicester by by Jeane Westin (sorry Lyn!) and The King's Rose by Alisa M. Libby (sorry Colleen!)... lol

LOL... I know! I felt a little guilty nominating it because of that! Do you want me to send it back? I can get another copy

How exciting. I hear you are also doing an interview with Sharon K Penman on her blog. I will be tuning in for that also.

Cryssa - Rosalie already nominated that one, but be sure to vote for it when the poll comes out.

I am and am thrilled! All sorts of wonderful things are happening for Exit the Actress! I am so sorry--I have tried to work out how to make the title a link to nominate it and I have failed miserably!

The link thing is weird. You have to click on the part above the comment box that says "add book/author" then you can type in the book name and hit enter. When the book comes up on the list, you just click the add button next to it and it will add the link to your comment.
