Know nothing about this but found it on Amazon while searching for books with "Love" in the title:The History of Love by Nicole Krauss.
Good point Julie being February and all.I'll suggest One Day by David Nicholls.

the History of Love is a good story. Unfortunately, I've forgotten the details, but I do remember really liking it.
Too funny, Gretchen, I just put One Day on my WL.I remember really liking History of Love, too. I could do a re-read :)
I noticed she also wrote Great House which is on Mt. TBR.
Julie, I just ordered Great House and Left Neglected from Amazon...can't wait! Which to start first??
Not Julie, but I vote for Left Neglected because I ALWAYS want to hear what you think about the books that are high up on my TBR "stack," Stacey! (Q finished it -- said it wasn't as good as Still Alice for him, but it was very good and definitely worthwhile.)
