Thank You for Stopping By :)

Two short stories available for free:
Home Country: http://paradevo.net/simplemachinesfor...
The Player: http://paracathy.blogspot.com/2011/07...
A writing exercise of 400 words of a WIP: http://www.ruthmadison.com/rfw-surren...
GoodReads profile: http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...

Might want to take a look at those two sentences and maybe combine them?
I LOVE the names of mundane objects and nicknames for humans. Nice little touches that bring an imagined world to life. The first chapter makes me want to know more about that world and the main character which is all an author can ask!
Need more :)

Here is Chapter 1 of a forthcoming book I'm publishing:

Here is the link for you all to read an excerpt of my novel titled Where Would I Be. Along with the excerpt you can read diary entries from my characters. It's just something I'm trying out and let me know what you all think. HAPPY READING :)

I'd love your thoughts on a couple of items in there, but feel free to check it all out if you want.
Tonight is the night is my first foray into thriller/horror/suspense writing, it's only a short story for a competition (prompt was to write about a photo of strange man in a trenchcoat) I entered on GR and won. :)
Emotion is another very short competition entry, the prompt is in the description.
Swinging both ways and Poetry from yesteryear are collections of poetry from earlier in my life.

How do I add a link to my profile?

Generally links will appear on Goodreads comments if you just copy and paste them in.

This is the link to my profile:
https://www.goodreads.com/OldAutarch
If you scroll down you will find two pieces.
If I can find a more direct way of linking to the pieces I will do it.

That's great. What I really need to know is where I find this URL to copy it so I can paste it in another group.
I can't copy the example you have posted in the previous comment. It ends with an elllipsis.
