I could read and release this...

They are all currently on my shelf and it would be more fun like this than to simply work through my TBR pile...

Hi Cathy....I would love to "catch" the Julia Child book. Are you open to a postal swap...or is that contrary to the conditions of the challenge. The books I have to offer are :
Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit by Jeanette Winterson
Blackberry Wine by Joanne Harris
Five Quarters of the Orange by Joanne Harris
I'm willing to mail from Canada

I have three bookrays/rings posted if anyone is interested:
All are international:
"Sexing the Cherry" by Jeanette Winterson, continuing a long ring started by FreePages in Australia:

"Songs of the Humpback Whale" by Jodi Picoult
http://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/20/...
"The Line of Beauty" by Alan Hollinghurst

If I get a chance, I'll mail you a book to release at the festival!

First of all, the ongoing Never Judge a Book by its Cover (NJABBIC), which has thankfully lost it's (yes, that's a joke) extraneous apostrophe, is now being hosted by our own GoodReader Secretariat (though she has another name here.) I have stayed clear of this challenge in the past, but as I release so many books, I decided to give it a try and am quite enjoying it. http://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/23/...
BCinDC is hosting a release in memory of young N-R-Jyzer, daughter of ResQGeek, who was killed while riding her bike last fall. http://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/23/... The release is on what would have been her birthday, and there are suggestions for themed books at the above link. (It ties in nicely with some other challenges, such as the Valentine Challenge (http://www.bookcrossing.com/forum/23/...).
Finally, I'm again hosting the Wine + Food + BookCrossing Challenge in March. Any way you can theme a book to Food/drink/eating/cooking or anything related is acceptable. The main purpose is to have fun and release books. You all are welcome to join in and can read more here:
