Nope. We pretty much do what we want. While we run annual challenges in the yearly folders, there are people with ongoing individual challenges in the "Group Challenges and Discussions" folder. You can start a thread in there if you have a non-annual challenge you want to do.

We play pretty fast and loose with the group challenges, too. For example, with the series challenges we already have set up, we just keep extending the end date so that people can participate whenever they want.

You can also utilize the "create challenge" feature, if you wish. I'm pretty sure any member can make one, but if not, let me know and I can create one to your specifications.
