Dr. Olaf Sporns has just agreed to come on the Brain Science Podcast to talk about his new book Networks of the Brain. This is a very challenging book that will appeal especially to engineers and mathmaticians, but I think that the interview will convince most listeners that this is an important area of brain research.

It is likely that this interview will come out in May. I still don't know when I will interview ANTONIO DAMASIO.

Louise | 1 comments Ginger, that's great news - looking forward to it and hopefully it will motivate me to read the book before then. I am training to be a clinical neuropsychologist and for the research component of my degree am looking at brain networks in stroke recovery. This is a fascinating and fast-growing area with important applications to our understanding of healthy and pathological brain functioning. Thanks for all your work with the podcast, I really enjoy it and find it useful / interesting from both personal and professional viewpoints.
Cheers, Louise
