How books are chosen: On the 1st of the month we begin nominations for the following month's read. We close voting on the 15th and randomly select one book from the suggestions. This gives us enough time to find a copy of the book before the next month begins so that we can all start reading at the same time! Joining the Group Reads chats is purely optional and you can skip a month if you're too busy or not interested in a book.
