What was the first/last ebook you purchased?

My first e-book was Pacific Nightsby Lynn Lorenz. It was also my first foray into m/m and I've been hooked since. My last one, oh so coincidently was Rougaroux Social Club: Bayou Dreams also by Lynn. I download in PDF onto my little laptop which I can carry anywhere. Oh, and I also love reading erotica on the train. Best part of my morning and evening.

I can't remember the first- I had the microsoft ebook reader on my computer, and read there- I was amazed that I could make the words bigger! I thought, this might save my eyes!
I got Indian Country Noir from Amazon yesterday for my kindle. I am seriously in love with the kindle. I don't have to get out of bed to buy books. I just whip over to my kindle store, (giving my thumb a bit of exercise) buy with one click, take a deep breath, and start reading. It can't be good for us, making it so easy- right?

I honestly don't remember what my first ebook was since I've bought so many of them but I believe the last might have been Sam's Reviews, which I really enjoyed.

The Last Ebook I bought was "Perilous Partnership" by Ariel Tachna.

I've been giving my books away- the paper ones- with a Bookcrossing number inside! My son and I do this, leave books around town with a note- released into the wild!

I dont remember my first coz I bought my ebooks in batches.

What a lovely idea. I don't think I'll do it with my erotica books though.

I bought it the instant I finished

because I have a new favorite author to add to my growing list :)

Intriguing!!!
My first ever ebook was an m/m anthology called Everyday Love, written by Bast and Sekhmet. It's from a tiny fanfiction-heavy press. Maybe Requiem Press? I have it tagged with the date: March 8, 2008. I just stumbled on it somehow. Wow, how my life has changed since then!
The last ebook I bought was Not Knowing Jack by K.A. Mitchell, but that was in a group of three that includes Resistance by L.M. Turner and Life in Fusion by Ethan Day. I've bought a few non-m/m romance ebooks, but most of my book-buying dollars go to that genre.
And... I love my Kindle!

I actually think I might've bought an ebook or two some years ago, but I couldn't begin to tell you what they were. Guess they didn't make much of an impression. :)

My first ebook purchased was (I think) The Name of the Rose by Umberto Eco. And the last one I bought was Scoundrels in Law which is research for the next book.
I LOVE reading e-romance on the train. There's something so fantastic about the juxtaposition of NYers reading the Post and me reading about rimming.

Dying of laughter. I used to read (any) romance furtively and think, "Everyone is looking at what I'm reading." Now I'll sit at my daughter's ballet class openly reading a dp scene and think, "Hmm, he's flexible."
I don't remember my first ebook ever, but the first I bought through Amazon was Willow Bend. The last one I bought was Pisces: From Behind That Locked Door. I will agree there is something fab about reading something totally pervy in public places.

It is the memoir of the native Hawaiian, transsexual and part-time dominatrix, whom I had the interesting privilege of interviewing for Queer Magazine Online. She is quite the firecracker. ;-)

I generally buy 10 ebooks a week. I'm addicted.

Damon, having just met you in real life this weekend, I can so hear you saying this :):). You brought a smile to my face on a boring grey Tues morning in London *lol*.

I love my Kindle. The only problem is I'm now buying 2 or 3 times as many books. At least I don't have to find room for them in the house anymore!!!

Oh, I so hear you. That "instant gratification" thing is deadly--I buy way more books now than I ever did. And I don't reread the way I used to--there are so many books out there I haven't read!! Used to be I'd reread stuff while I waited for my Amazon Care Package to arrive... :D

The first ebook I purchased was Unleashing Angel by Mel Spenser, and the lasts are The Untold Want by Catt Ford and A Different Breed by Angel Martinez.
I have to get an ebook reader soon, because right now I only can read them home, and I get bored between classes at the university.

"With Love" was awesome! Thanks for mentioning it!
I'm reading nonfiction- Stonewall: The Riots that Sparked the Gay Revolution- its very good, with lots of characters I feel like hugging.
I noticed the other day, when I was trying to search down memoir that was written about the riots, that many of the classic memoir or biographies from the 70s and 80s are not available in ebook format. I hope we don't lose all these voices. Somebody needs to get these books e-published! I wish I knew how to start, I'd do it myself.

The last book I bought, sheesh ... Okay, looked it was Shane's Fury and High Flow both by Stephani Hecht. Sorry DSP, neither were from you. ;-) (Way back on Saturday)
I suppose last DSP book wasParis A to Z by Marie Sexton.

However having lost my last Kindle within a month of getting it, I'm a bit peeved. I loved reading erotica on the train.
