Mysti Parker Have you read "A Ranger's Tale"?

Are you reading it or plan to?

If you have any questions or general comments, post em here!

Toni There’s a question here of who the “Ranger” of the title is…is it Galadin or Cali? Both appear to be very apt in the exciting and adventurous love story. Told through the unusual format of various first person POVs, A Ranger’s Tale is a story of trust—on many levels. A father’s trust in his child, a husband’s trust in his wife, a young woman’s trust in her best friend…a good portion of the time that trust is betrayed but in the one case where it counts the most, it holds trust through much soul-searching is involved before this fact is realized. All the characters are portrayed in great depth, with the first person form doing this to great advantage.

I was only going to read a couple of chapter to start; Once Galadin and Cali left Leogard, I was hooked, however. I didn’t stop until I had gotten to the last page, looking for that Happy Ending I hoped was going to be there. A Ranger’s Tale is the first book in this series, and it’s a great book, getting the stories off to a great start.

RATING: 4 stars

Debbie Not much of a fantasy buff but a huge lover of a good romance. Your ability to intertwine the two was done with finesse. Great read!

Angie ~aka Reading Machine~ I've read A Ranger's Tale and currently reading Serenya's Song.
