Wow It's Actually Good!!! discussion

In one of my claseses a while ago, my teacher passed out this list of the best 100 novels of the 20th centrury in English. So I decided to try and read all the books on the list. The Grapes of Wrath was one of them, but I did not think I would really enjoy it becasue I did not like Of Mice and Men, and don't care fore Steinbeck's writing. But Grapes of Wrath was acutally really well done, and I ended up enjoying it a lot more than I thought I would have.

Yeah I hear you.I had to read Sense and Sensibility and actually like it for highschool. I even like Taming of the Shrew after I was dreading having to read Shakespeare.
